How Does It Work - Policies

Filter, search, interview and book! charges a monthly flat fee of $30. to GUESTs and ubDATEs as a local and an international job-board. (*Currently UberDATE is running an IINTRODUCTORY Limited Time Special of no cost to join.) The site is an ambassador of worldwide travel assistance via: translators, temps, teams, freelancers, security guards, consultants, concierges.... By appointment connects GUESTS (employers) with a viable solution for their outsourcing fulfillment.

The suggested base of ubDATEs is $35 hourly and paid directly by the GUEST to the ubDATE (the GUEST and the ubDATE may negotiate otherwise if they both wish). 20% is paid upfront at the time of confirmation of the date via VISA, PayPal, Stripe or any choice between the GUEST and the ubDATE. The remainder of the payment is due at the commencement of the date. The total includes taxes and VAT (JCT, GST) if applicable.

How do I create an account?

If you don't have an account yet, go to and click Sign Up. You can sign up using your email address and Facebook account. After you sign up, be sure to complete your account info before booking a reservation.

What are the requirements to book an ubDATE?

We ask everyone (GUEST and ubDATE) for a few pieces of information before they book with GUEST and ubDATE need to have this info completely filled out before they can make a reservation request. This info helps an ubDATE know what to expect, and how to contact the GUEST.’s requirements for GUESTs and ubDATEs include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • phone number(optional)
  • Introductory message (“About Me” page)
  • IAgreement to date rules (“Terms”and “Polices”)
  • A profile picture from ubDATE and GUEST.

How do I (Guests) search for a date?

  1. Click Destination Search.
  2. On, enter your preferences. Use the filters (for example, men - women, to narrow your options. Click More Filters to see all available filters (Tour Guide, Security, Concierge, Other...* Anthony where are all the filters located)
  3. Click on a listing (an ubDATE’s photo) to open it. To learn more about the ubDATE, click the Heart icon read theirdescription, check the available references, and see reviews that other guests have left for the ubDATE.
  4. Connect and chat via WhatsApp (coming soon) and if all goes well confirm a time to meet in a public place. Then negotiate how long an engagement would be desired and how much for hire.
  5. You’re ready to book - request to book the listing.

You can also save your favorite ubDATEs in ‘Save’ to keep them on hand for later or share with your friends.

What if I Cancel?

If a GUEST or an ubDATE needs to cancel a reservation, it’s their responsibility to cancel as soon as possible. At times, certain circumstances outside of a GUESTs’oran ubDATEs’ control can impact their ability to meet the terms of a reservation.

  1. Cancellation by a GUEST

    In the cases of a GUEST's cancellation the 'Policy Fee' is that the ubDATE retain the 20% down payment unless it is a case of "Extenuating Circumstance" for the GUEST’s cancellation.

  2. Cancellation by an ubDATE

    In the case of ubDATE's cancellation the 20% down will be returned to the GUEST in whole (included compensation for financial fees or exchange fees). And there may be a 3 months Account suspension exercised on the ubDATEs’membership, unless it is established that an Extenuating Circumstance had occurred. And if the funding fails to be returned than the member may be removed from the roster.

What if I need to cancel because of an emergency or unavoidable circumstance?

In rare instances, if determines that a GUEST’s or an ubDATE’s reason for cancellation falls within’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy, may override the cancellation policy and make refund decisions. If determines that a ubDATE’s or GUEST’s reason for cancellation falls within Extenuating Circumstances policy, may waive the UberDATE. com’s cancellation penalties outlined in’s Terms of Service and’s Payments Terms of Service.

What is Extenuating Circumstances Policy?

Because cancellations disrupt plans and impact confidence in the community, the following penalties will be applied for cancellations. "Extenuating Circumstance" are deemed as the only legitimate excuse acceptable for a cancellation

Valid circumstances include:

  • Unexpected death or serious illness of a host, guest or immediate family member(spouse/partner, child, parent, legal guardian, grandparent, or sibling)
  • Serious injury that directly restricts a guest’s ability to travel or a host’s ability to host
  • Significant natural disasters or severe weather incidents impacting the location of destination or location of departure
  • Urgent travel restrictions or severe security advisories issued after the time of booking, by an appropriate national or international authority (such as a government office or department)
  • Endemic disease declared by a credible national or international authority (such as the US Centers for Disease Control or the World Health Organization)
  • Severe property damage or unforeseen maintenance issues that directly impact the ability to host safely
  • Government-mandated obligations issued after the time of booking (ex: jury duty, court appearances, military or government assignments)

If you need to make a claim

Claims can only be considered after a reservation has been canceled. Once you've informed your GUEST or ubDATE and canceled a reservation, if you feel that your reason for cancelation is covered by’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy and not accepted, contact for consideration. We require claims to be submitted no later than 14 days from the original check-in date and we require valid supporting documentation.

What-happens-if-my- GUEST-cancels

If the reservation status hasn’t changed to Canceled in Your Reservations, it's still considered active, and will appear on your calendar.

Cancellations after check-in

If your GUEST cancels after they’ve already checked in:

  • They’re required to leave you as soon as they cancel
  • The terms of your cancellation policy will still apply
