UbDates, Clients and Events use of a required identity authentication process, will be asked to scan an official government ID (for example a passport, or driver's license) and then take a simple selfie. After the ID is authenticated, the ID and selfie will be reviewed to confirm that both pictures appear to match. Having a robust standard of authenticating identity will make the UberDate community stronger and reaffirms UberDate' s ongoing commitment to authenticity, reliability, and security. This identity authentication step leverages UberDate's existing Trust & Safety measures including secure payment, messaging, profiles & reviews.
